In Central Kentucky, Bardstown is known as the "Bourbon Capital of the World". It is home to some of America’s best known distilleries: Heaven Hill, Jim Beam, Maker’s Mark, and Willett. The Bardstown area features the craft distilleries of Preservation and Limestone Branch, and the contemporary Lux Row and Bardstown Bourbon Company.
This crafted tour allows our guests to experience the diversity of the bourbon industry by mixing the old with the new, the premium with the craft. Guests visit at least three distilleries with tastings, learn about the distilling process, and enjoy some leisure time for shopping, sipping, or dipping (bottles, that is).
We will stop for a southern style lunch, or possible picnic lunch, and you will receive a unique gift to remember this top-shelf Kentucky day. The Bardstown Bourbon Trail Tour lasts 7-8 hours. Based on availability, we may substitute other distilleries and sights.
