The Homestead Tour is designed for those interested in Bourbon and History.
CopperTop Tours latest tour combines barrels, bourbon and history. The history is a unique perspective from almost 50 years experience of living in Kentucky. From the rolling hills of Kentucky, along the Rolling Fork River, to Barrel and Bourbon production, you will learn about the culture of Central Kentucky.
We will spend our day together starting at Kentucky Cooperage. Afterwards, we will visit Limestone Branch, Maker's Mark and Log Still Distilleries. These distilleries provides you with so much information, but also has many flavors for your palate!
Each stop along this tour has a connection, that you will only learn from the owner of CopperTop Tours. Be prepared for lots of stories of growing up in the heart of Kentucky.
This specific itinerary is offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with departures from Louisville or Bardstown. Alternative itineraries are available daily, based upon the cooperage and distillery hours of operation. If you love history and bourbon, this is the tour for you!
